How do I place a return?

While we want you to love your SXH Karaoke Machine, we understand that things don't always work out. Please reach out to support@sxh.top with your order number and the products you'd like to return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What’s your return policy?

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll be happy to assist with your return. Please include your order number and send an email to support@sxh.top.

You will be refunded the full price you paid at checkout.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process after we receive your returned product.
